The BTX-FL series uses flexible soft PCB boards and high-quality silicone bottom cases, enabling ≥120° bending for both inner and outer arcs. With 3840Hz refresh rate and brightness up to 600 nits (P2.5), it delivers smooth, vivid images for creative curved displays. The V-shaped soft rubber design allows splicing without interference, offering wider styling freedom.
System Integration
Each module features 18 strong magnetic adsorption points for fine-tuning flatness during installation. Signal input/output uses flat cables, and power input is 5V. The modules integrate easily into cylindrical, ribbon, and wave-shaped structures using standard LED cabinets or custom frames. A distribution box and LED video processor complete the system.
Maintenance & Reliability
The flexible modules are designed for reliable operation in indoor environments (-10°C to 40°C, 10%–65%RH). The magnetic design simplifies module replacement and adjustment. The silicone bottom case protects the PCB during bending and handling. Do not bend modules violently or repeatedly beyond the specified angle.
